If your goal is to be career-ready upon graduation, look no further! Bloch Launchpad prepares you for success by integrating a community of ambitious, like-minded students with a set thoughtfully designed professional development experiences. Students participating in the program receive a scholarship each semester (fall and spring), with opportunities to earn additional income as they progress through the program through internships and/or experience working in the Bloch Consulting Lab.

Scholarships and Qualifications

First-time college students selected to Bloch Launchpad will receive a $2,500 scholarship as a part of their selection to the program. Students must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for selection.

Next Steps

  1. Gain admission to UMKC to study Business (B.B.A.) or Accounting (B.S.A)
  2. Complete the Bloch Launchpad Application
    • Log into your status page
    • Click “Additional Opportunities” to submit the application (if eligible)

      Bloch Launchpad Application Deadlines
      Fall 2025 – February 1st (Priority Deadline), May 1st (Final Deadline)
  3. Submit official high school and/or college transcripts
    • ACT/SAT scores optional for high school students
