  • Residents of Missouri or Kansas
  • First-time college student requirements:
    • 3.0 and above high school core GPA or 20 and above ACT (or SAT equivalent)
  • Transfer student requirements:
    • 3.0 and above transfer GPA + 24 or more transferrable credit hours


  • Write a short essay (500 words or less)
    • Explain why you are interested in a career in the financial services industry. How have your experiences prepared you to engage in banking relationships with individuals and businesses in low-income areas?
