Dr. Jocelyn Evans joined the Bloch School of Management in August 2022 as the Associate Dean of Diversity, Retention and Academic Integrity and the Henry W. Bloch Endowed Professor of Finance and after serving as the Associate Dean and Bank of America Professor of Finance at the College of Charleston. Dr. Evans has joined the faculty as Associate Dean of the Bloch School and the Henry Bloch Endowed Chair of Finance. Her teaching and research interests focus on banking and financial services, financial distress, distressed assets, corporate governance, DE&I and real estate. At the Bloch School, she plans on continuing her commitment to DE&I by growing the pipeline to banking, financial services and real estate for underserved communities.
