As Kansas City’s business school, we’re here to help organizations grow and thrive. At the Bloch School of Management, our vision is to serve as the region’s premier business school for supporting innovation and organizational transformation. We are proud to partner with the business community through a variety of custom and open-enrollment learning opportunities, in addition to our graduate certificate and degree programs.

To kick off 2026, we’re offering a free, two-hour professional development session to one lucky organization, delivered in person at the Bloch School. The session can accommodate up to 70 participants and includes coffee service, parking, and light refreshments

We invite you to explore what Bloch can offer your organization—from leadership development to strategy, innovation, and beyond.

Topic — Reveal Your Edge: Discover Your Competitive Advantage

Discover what gives your organization a competitive edge — or if you may need to build one.

What truly gives your organization an edge—and how sustainable is it? Reveal Your Edge is a two-hour workshop designed to help organizations clearly identify what truly sets them apart. Participants will work through a proven strategic lens to evaluate what they have that creates real value that competitors find difficult to replicate. The session moves beyond surface-level strengths to uncover where competitive advantage is genuinely being created—and where it may be eroding.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a clearer view of their organization’s strategic strengths, vulnerabilities, and execution gaps. This interactive experience offers a preview of the kind of applied, decision-oriented thinking developed in the Bloch school’s degree programs and executive education offerings.
