Jeanie Latz, J.D. is a respected leader across public, private, academic, and non-profit arenas. She blends her expertise, perspective, and strengths to form a portfolio of accomplishments that focus on building stronger organizations and leaders. As a Company Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of a Fortune 1000 energy holding company, Jeanie has held operational responsibility across functional lines ranging from legal, human resources, internal audit, technology, and facilities management.

Jeanie has extensive experience through her various positions working with boards on governance best practices, strategic implementation, risk management, securities regulations, and legal affairs. She has worked with and served on Executive, Audit and Compensation Committees. She is actively engaged in the community serving on the boards and foundations of several organizations including the AAFP National Research Network, American Association of University Women, and VellNet. Jeanie has taught courses in the Bloch Executive MBA program for several years.

Jeanie holds a Bachelors in Business Education from Missouri State University and a J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
