I chose UMKC because of how diverse the university is and the young talent that is displayed at UMKC.
What piece of advice would you share with high school students or transfer students that are just beginning their college search process?
Do not be scared to ask for help; you will be surprised at how far you can go just by reaching out.
How do you (or do you plan to) find balance between school and your personal life?
I actually believed in planners, and it made my life become so structured and made me realize that I have more free time than I thought.
What is your favorite thing about Kansas City? What parts of Kansas City are you excited to explore?
I love how there are so many hole in the wall restaurants around Kansas City and food here is amazing and limitless.
