What makes a great leader? Research shows that high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the key. More than 90 percent of top performing leaders possess high EQ. Meanwhile, just 20 percent of bottom performers possess high EQ. The good news is that EQ skills can be developed throughout our careers. The Emotional Intelligence of a leader plays a significant part in team and individual success.
