Jingyao Huang is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at UMKC’s Henry W. Bloch School of Management. Jingyao earned her Ph.D. in Operations Management from University of Texas at Austin, and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Nankai University, China.
Her research interests center around healthcare operations and behavioral operations. Over the past few years, she has delved into research on healthcare payment innovations, patient scheduling within multidisciplinary clinics, and kidney transplantation. She teaches supply chain management and operations management at undergraduate level.
