David A. Jarrett, Ed.D., joined the Bloch School as Visiting Assistant Professor for leadership in September 2019. Previously he worked for more than 25 years in international organizations, including roles in human resources, finance, strategic planning, and operations. Recently he was Head, Organizational Effectiveness for CFA Institute, where he led global programs to support the organization’s performance and cultural health and his work included talent development and management, employee engagement, performance management, and change management. Earlier, David led the North American human resources function for Clariant, the Swiss chemicals manufacturer. He has also taught at the University of Virginia, George Washington University, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
