Meet Our Students

Evan Freeman Evan Freeman grew up in Wichita, KS, and graduated from the University of Kansas in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Business. In college, Evan was a principal violinist with the University of Kansas Symphony Orchestra and worked in the Aerospace Composites Research Lab, where he assisted in the manufacturing of composite components and other projects for the National Science Foundation.

Upon graduation, he worked for L3 Technologies, a United States Department of Defense contractor, in the Dallas-Ft Worth area as an engineer where he helped support the RC-135 reconnaissance fleet for the United States Air Force.

Evan is an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, and you will most likely find him on the golf course in his spare time.

Evan hopes to expand his skillset and use his MBA to make a career change and follow a passion for finance, where he can direct his critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills towards a more business-oriented profession.
