Meet Our Alumni
Aaron Lindenbaum grew up in the Kansas City area and graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After college, he worked at a boutique strategic communications firm in Boston where he developed and executed public relations campaigns for clean energy and technology companies. In 2014, Aaron graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon with a Juris Doctor degree, and upon returning to Kansas City, earned his Missouri law license. Aaron spent the year before enrolling in the Full-Time MBA program working on different renewable energy and real estate projects, including providing legal services to solar and wind developers, launching the marketing and regulatory compliance strategies for a crowdfunding startup, and providing financial analysis for a real estate investment fund.
Aaron played on the varsity basketball team at Sarah Lawrence and continues to love the game, as well as keeping active with biking, softball, and disc golf. While in the Full-Time MBA program, Aaron was a member of the Japan MBA Case Competition team that reached the finals in Tokyo. Aaron is passionate about reducing the legal and financial barriers to renewable energy. To that end, Aaron has started a solar finance company and performed extensive legal research aiming to improve the business model for "community-shared solar" projects. He is pursuing a career in energy and real estate, focusing on acquisitions and business development.
