COMMUNICATING DURING TIMES OF CRISIS AND CHANGE
September 17th 8:30-9:30 AM CST
Facilitated by Kevin Sansberry

From responding to the public health challenges presented by Covid-19, to mounting economic and societal pressures, leaders must find a way to provide guidance and support for employees who come from diverse walks of life. In this session, we will look at factors that underlie difficult conversations, including our own experiences, biases and communication styles and uncover strategies for addressing employee engagement challenges.
