A collaboration of five professional service, nonprofit agencies has preparing a Kansas City Nonprofit Salary and Benefits Survey. The survey is comprehensive; looking at benefit holiday and comp time, and 2004 salaries and salary ranges. The statistical analysis is in-depth, allowing agencies to understand how they compare to like agencies by size and also by mission or service category.
