Click here for the Conference Program The conference begins at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2005, and runs through 2:00 p.m. on April 1. Conference and lodging will be at the Fairmont Kansas City at the Plaza. A block of rooms has been reserved at the excellent conference rate of $99 per night (reserve by February 28 to get this rate; ask for the “Governance Conference” rate). The conference fee, inclusive of resource materials, breakfast and lunch, and receptions and coffee breaks, is $260 per participant. Registrations received before February 28 will receive an early-bird rate of $225. Late registration (after March 25) is $300.
