Charles ("Chuck") C. Connely, IV, CCIM, CFP®, CPM® is an Associate Teaching Professor of finance and real estate at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Henry W. Bloch School of Management. He is also managing director of EPR Financial Services, a subsidiary of EPR Properties (a NYSE REIT).
Mr. Connely is a past President of the CCIM Kansas City Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute internationally as Treasurer-Elect and member of the CCIM Marketing Committee. Mr. Connely won the Kansas City CCIM Chapter 2004 Home Run Award for Retail Projects and the CCIM Partners 2005 Retail Lease Transaction of the Year Award.
Mr. Connely graduated with a MBA & BBA (with distinction) from UMKC.
Mr. Connely previously served as General Manager of Butler Real Estate, a BlueScope Steel Company. He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.
