Narbeli Galindo is an instructor of international business and finance at the Henry W. Bloch School of Management. She holds a B.A. in finance from Abilene Christian University in Texas, and an M.B.A. in international marketing and management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Galindo teaches international management, international finance and corporate finance at the undergraduate level and international marketing at the graduate level. Additionally, she is a speaker with Bloch Executive Education for corporations on multicultural management training topics such as international business etiquette and manners, aimed at corporations that expand globally.
She is multilingual in English, French and Spanish, and has extensive international experience living and working overseas in more than 25 countries. Galindo is currently owner of Narbeli’s Imports, LLC, where she develops strategic marketing plans to lead, evaluate and coordinate advertising campaigns in various communication channels such as print, online, testimonials, trade shows and web. She also negotiates partnerships with retail and wholesale entities to increase brand awareness in the U.S. market; markets and sells one-of-a-kind international products; and researches and analyzes the market placing all sales promotions, tools and new product brand positioning.
Galindo is the first vice president of the International Trade Council (ITC) and also a member of the International Relations Council, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Founder, International Professional Networking Association, the Greater Kansas City and Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and the Kansas Central Exchange.
