Walter Clements is a professor of real estate at the Henry W. Bloch School of Management.
A 38-year veteran of commercial real estate and development, he has owned his own brokerage, property management and development firms as well as being senior vice president and principal of one of the largest real estate source provider in the country.
Clements continues to work within the real estate community allowing him to bring current issues that are relevant in today’s real estate market into the classroom. As an adjunct professor for the University of Denver, University of St. Thomas and New York University, he has taught in seven different countries and led rewrite teams for the C.C.I.M. Institute on several of their courses.
The Bloch School offers real estate education at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including a Master of Entrepreneurial Real Estate and an Executive Master of Entrepreneurial Real Estate.
