Cindy Laufer is a Program Coordinator with the Cookingham Institute of Urban Affairs at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, Henry W. Bloch School of Management. In this capacity, she coordinates the institute's educational programming, internship programs and community engagement activities. Cindy is a fellow for the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership also at the Bloch School, where she provides nonprofit organizations with assistance in the areas of instructional program development, program evaluation and contracted research, and capacity building project management. Her work focuses on building the capacity of community organizations; designing and implementing evaluation processes that enable program improvement and accountability, and board planning, development and facilitation. Cindy holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the Department of Public Affairs, Bloch School of Business & Public Administration, University of Missouri - Kansas City and a Certificate in Fund Raising from the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership.
