The Board Bank is a secure, searchable web-based resource that strategically matches Kansas City nonprofits that seek talented new board members with community leaders eager to serve their community. The Board Bank is a tool used to enhance existing nonprofit boards and fill specific board positions.

Interested Nonprofit Organizations

Enrollment is easy, and only takes a few minutes! Quarterly subscriptions are $75 for any three consecutive months of access to the database. If you are a nonprofit organization looking to recruit potential board members please send an email to us at, and we will help you set up your online profile. We are currently accepting applications for nonprofits seeking board members.

Note: The Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership offers a full schedule of nonprofit programming every year. An integral focus of our programming is on Governance and Board Member Development.
