Debbie has an M.A. in sociology and an M.B.A. in marketing.

Giesler leads the Kraft Broker Sales Organization covering the western half of the U.S. He has been with Kraft for 33 years, holding numerous positions across many of the company’s different divisions. Giesler has also been, or is currently, a member of the Kansas Food Dealers Association, the Allied Food Club, Kansas Urban League, and the Missouri Retail Grocers Association.

Having worked with renowned companies such as American Hospital Supply Corporation (currently Baxter Laboratories) and RH Macy’s (Missouri/Kansas region), she is currently co-founder and managing partner/CEO of Etc. Advertising. She works with all clients and oversees Etc.’s staff in advertising, public relations and promotions. She is currently, or has served, on the boards of KCPT’s Channel 19 Annual Auction and the NCJW (National Council of Jewish Women).

Craig Safir is director of Cloud and Converged Markets at Sprint, managing marketing and operations for this $4 billion part of the business portfolio. Prior to joining Sprint, Craig worked for seven years as the director of marketing strategy at Cerner and as a case team leader for the Boston Consulting Group. Craig has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management and graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in economics.

Jim Thomas has been working in the area of marketing and marketing research for more than 25 years at high profile companies including Bayer, Sprint, Bernstein-Rein Advertising and Hallmark. He also taught marketing, advertising, strategic management, industrial psychology and marketing research for 14 years at Baker University. Thomas earned his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and his M.A. in psychology from Wichita State University.
